A Vow in Stone

The cathedral offered no need for ornament. Its long nave, weathered stone, and single plane of winter light created the entire visual language of the day.

We worked without interruption or staging, allowing gestures to emerge inside the architecture: a hand held a little longer, fabric catching the light, two figures becoming one silhouette.
